As part of a project with the Learning Commons, I created Staying Healthy with Kendra Christopher, a finals week video guide on managing stress. Inspired by “Is This You?” and old BuzzFeed-style videos, we combined humor, quick tips, and green screen visuals to make wellness advice fun, relatable, and easy to follow
